Before, I was asking myself, why should a website or a business owner use widgets ? Are the basic components of a website not enough ? especially if it's a small business !
Now, I have the answer. But first, let me ask you the same questions that I asked myself .
- Let's imagine that there is a lead who is very interested in your product/service, YET, he can't reach you out easily through one click. You are losing him, right ?
- Let's imagine that there is someone who needs you urgently BUT he can't find from where he can book a call with you. It's a shame, right ?
- Now, just think about a customer who is ready to purchase, HOWEVER, he can't find the pricing in your website, do you think he is going to spend hours looking for the price ? ( the answer is no of course )
- You receive the same questions every day from people who are new to your business, right ? What about putting them in a FAQ section ? it will save you time and make your team work more efficiently. Isn't it true ?
and the list of questions is still too long !
Those are few of a lot of questions that I was proceeding in my brain before coming out with the conclusion that every website, inorder: to stand out from competition, build more independency and be more customer centric SHOULD use widgets. That's an added value that brings more leads and turns them into customers if you know how to use them in an attractive way.
