Idealstrength Hello, what is the format needed for the WhatsApp integration within the Social Chat widget? I have tried the following with no success: +#(###)###-#### +#(###)####### +########### Can this be a personal phone number or does this need to be a business number with API access set up or something else that I am unaware of? Fouita Hello, You need to remove the "+" sign for this to work. Another way is to use "00" instead of the "+" 00########### No API is used, it's a simple link to Whatsapp chat. Thanks.
