Ability to drag and move elements

It would be really great to be able to drag and move elements, rather than having to copy and delete

Some widgets support moving elements up/down between sections

The positioning is happening on the left side control panel and not inside the actual UI.

We are continuously working to improve the editing interface, and we may add direct drag and drop in the future,
